my tp is >RM1. Buying at this price is a real bargain. at least 25% margin of safety :)
1. fulfilled Joel Greenblatt's formula (>16% for combination of ROIC & EY)
2. superb balance sheet; current ratio about 11; good div payout at 5%
3. the lower crude oil price is, the lower its operating cost is
4. extra profit of USD1.5mil/year from the leaseback agreement (going to boost its profit by 10%)

Both roic and ey are more than 12%. In other words, it is efficient and cheap. But need to wait for next few quarter reports to judge how sustainable the business is....although they managed to turn over a new leaf since 2013...from losses to profit...n aggresively injecting money for expansion...any sifu kind enough to analyse its intrinsic value?

donfollowblindly, KC is a value investor and of course his investing style is on a long term basis. He posted his analysis in April. why don't we come back in a year time and see how well will elsoft perform? Btw, last quarter report is superb. Bro, just a diff investment strategy from you may be? I think all of us would appreciate if you could share similar analysis like what KC did FOC for us (be it fa, ta, speculation or what not). :)
