CHIN HIN' share jumps by more than 8 folds since Mid April 2020 till 15-09-2022, a short span of about two and a half years.

As the saying goes: like father, like son.

SIGN is the (son) subsidiary of CHIN HIN, the (father) the holding company .

Could SIGN achieve the same spectacular performance as CHiN HIN from now on ?

CHIN HIN 's performance is definitely spectacular. Its share has risen by more than 8 folds since Mid Apr 2020 till 15 Sep 2022 ( a short period of about 2 years five months).

So what I hope is that SIGN could catch up with CHIN HIN, followed by FIAMMA which is an associated company of SIGN after completion of acquisition of 23.7% by SIGN.

I think a lot of investors not knowing the SIGN's acquisition of 23.7% stakes in FIAMMA yet.

This is a good move as both FIAMMA and SIGN can capitalize on each other capabilities and strengths.

I feel that this is SIGN's long term strategy as SIGN is not a speculative counter.

Not boring. But exciting.

SIGN, one of CHIN HIN group is fast expanding.

SIGN will acquire 23.7% of FIAMMA soon.

The good news is that SIGN offers RM1. 50 per share for the 23.7% stakes of FIAMMA much higher than the current market price.

I will add SIGN and FIAMMA in my portfolio.

FIAMMA will be in the limelight with the acquisition 23.7 % stakes from SIGN, one of CHIN HIN's group which is fast expanding.

FIAMMA's business and SIGN's will complement each other after the acquisition from SIGN'S 23.7% stakes completed.

Let us also remember that 23.7% profitability will be distributed to SIGN after the the completion of the acquisition .

SIGN is likely to show improving results for coming quarters in the current year as it has had substantial orders in hand and still has some backlog orders to be cleared even though there is no one-off capital gain for this coming quarters .

Please refer to the prospects mentioned in the financial statement as at 30-06-2022 if you like.

I know I am a bit late but not too late especially with its bright prospects of SIGN ahead.

Chiaw's family of Chin Hin is enterprising and aggressive.

Sign has an added advantage by adding Fiamma to its staple, the acquisition is likely to be completed as scheduled.

Fiamma will be an associate company of Sign after that.
