Seems Digi still continue dropping like rock.. running out of bullets to do averaging.. 5.3, 5.3, 5.1 ... seems no end in siht

Anyone know what is the expected "bottom" price Astro should be.. before we can pick up the stock again? Am sure those large institution or cornerstones guys will not let Astro to free fall all the way..

YTL and its groups of companys are doing very profitable but.. doesn't share it or reward its shareholders.. Also... wonder why.. as a big conglomerates company and well know in the industry.. its share price look kindda depressing.. seems gravity have a strong pull

I have prepared some 200K as seed for the trading.
Read lots of books and online tips on trading... Have even tried some simulation investing (without cash).. small success is here and there.. but cash flow seems very unpredictable ...

Divident counters is good for cash flow.. but assuming with 5-8% return, the most I will get is 10K per annum..

Does active contra trade good way to make profit? Say.. perhaps targeting 1K per month or so..

With rental rate firmly in REIT mgmt discretion, seems REITs company are pretty much sitting on pile of secured cash flow.. unless some major economy downturn make things go belly up

Has anyone done any thorough study on REIT counters (ie. SunReit, Pavreit, CMMT, Hektar)?

Understand that such counters are defensive in nature with contant dividend payout.. But..does it really provide return that are above FD rate? What are the average rate per year? I guess so far FD rate is around 3.1% per annum.. What about it potential upside?

Is the reit counters dividend (frequency/percentage) payout similar to such as BJToto? Just to give an example
