growth investor uses forward P/E, they buy early & expect the forward P/E to meet fair entry value because for good growth stock = value investing almost non-exists. there will always ppl waiting to scope up the investment grade counters.

value investor uses lagging P/E ( history already ), they buy only after the financial data out.

most newbie belongs to the value investing category , funds mostly adapt to foward P/E ( they can forward many months ahead)

scientex also got affordable housing segments, that why the P/E assigned so low even though fundamentally it is investment grade category

property sector valuation have been depressed for far too long
