Hi connie, in my opinion, since w4 is deep, wave 5 tend to lose strength.

allwin ... on daily timeframe, shall be looking at the congested area highlighted in yellow box but my focus is still the 200EMA ... if this area fails, then will monitor weekly 50EMA cuz price seems to respect this level ie it had bounced back from this level twice !! yes, there will be rally along the way (as with all waves; hehehe not allwin) but once the hip-hop music stops (possible overhead resistance from the 50/20EMA on daily) then we shall monitor the next lower low either to daily 200EMA or weekly 50EMA !!

there goes ... no more ascending triangle breakout !!! now don't see anything on 5min as yet (not sure if it's gonna form an intra-day bottoming pattern) .. but from daily, the 50EMA seems to be supporting again as before !! however, don't quite like daily macd which is still expanding on the downside .. perhaps c wave is not over yet :(

wiki .. if indeed breakup, the target based on height is roundabout 1856 .. once this is achieved, then only see if it can go higher to close the entire gap !

let's just say, CI breaks UP instead then we can look at the 60min chart and it's clear it's an ascending triangle breakout ... in this case, 1st target is the height of the triangle !!

nooooo alex .. must always have a stop loss no matter what !!! not just any stop loss but a meaningful one ... a lot of times, traders will say 3% or 5% or 10% of cap ... this is not meaningful at all cuz the market does not care how u work it out based on your total cap ... it has to be something like previous swing low (aggressive) or the 2nd swing low (conservative) etc cuz these are the pivots that market does care about .. also as part of risk management, not a bad idea to sell 1/2 once we get 1:1R and then move stop to breakeven to ride the other half ..

the gap down that u ask shud merely be either (1) bad QR (2) some kinda bad news reported by media ... (1) is easy to avoid - DO NOT TRADE WHEN QR IS GOING TO BE RELEASED (2) this is when we 6c6c how bad the selling is cuz quite likely it's just a blip
