wow han .. u are going for the long-haul fight eh ??? in this case; say we forget about the intra-day ups and downs instead look at weekly and daily ... if daily UTL is able to resist upward movement, then confirm weekly bearish candle to take charge ... u see weekly first time macd bearish crossing; so 20MA may not be able to hold the fort this time .. what's next ?? weekly 50MA support which is also the daily 200MA support ... so we expect a more meaningful / legit rebound at this point ?

p/s - if price can go back to the UTL around 13.80, u can scratch with the current AD ?

indeed cannot break the yellow box resistance ... V-shape up and V-shape down !! how exciting :) if i want to trade intra-day now, i wud wait for some kinda clearer market structure to develop on 5min ... hopefully price will find temp support at say 50MA and then start to consol forming a legit pattern just so we can form a bullish / bearish / sideway bias for intra-day movement !

if TA can anticipate uptrend, there is no reason for TA not being able to do the same for downtrend ... TA only becomes meaningless when there is QR or news surprises that send price either UP or DOWN violently ... if u are trading mid-term to long-term, of course u have to forget about intra-day movements cuz these are just irrelevant noises .. u shud focus on daily/weekly/monthly time frames .. however, the question is can u afford to do so for warrants ??

hello hawk .. the waves development has violated your b or wave 2 already ? the current 5 waves down cud be (1) c of A of wave 2 or (2) 3rd wave of A of wave 2 .. does not matter either one cuz if we look at price action, there is an inverse h&s and so long as price is above 5min 20MA and 50MA (plus above the inverse h&s neckline), there shud be a rally next monday with first resistance level at yellow box which is a congested area ! i think like that :)

eg i try to catch the bottom of salute .. i saw the 200MA is pretty far away on 1H chart and then there was a nice ascending triangle on 15min chart (also price is above 200MA of 15min) ... if i did not wait for price to break ABOVE that triangle, i wud have to cut loss now ! huhuhu ... same same with hengyuan yesterday

bonbon ... trading with confirmation will get us out of a lot of trouble (unnecessary cut loss trades) but at the same time it may also make us miss some trades !! so, there is never a holy grail and it all depends on individual's risk profile

wah so much better like that ah :) never mind lah, now we just wait what mr market wants ... a very good pattern on 5min chart !! only need to wait breaking ABOVE or BELOW that pattern to confirm the next short-term wave movement

alternatively, if break ABOVE the ascending triangle, then i will take it as commencement of c of wave 2 already :) so, nothing to do now except to get answer from mr market !

i was also looking at your asiaply .. waiting for some pattern to develop on 5min ... don't have a bullish ascending triangle consolidation after the 1st upleg like in hbglob ... instead, price is consolidating within a horizontal box and then broke down from it .. and i also don't like that price has gone below the 20MA .. for intra-day trading, it's very important that price stays above !
