as of now, HY is still in the descending price channel .. price is at the mid-line .. not an ideal spot to long unless one has got a very unique strategy (eg keep averaging down till price hits the lower channel ???) that only he/she has an edge playing it :) possibly a better way is to long when price hits the lower channel with a bullish candlestick pattern and 1st TP upper price channel ??

rchi .. it's possible to reach your magical number !! however, there may be a strong rally when price reaches this zone 6.3-6.45 cuz if we look at the weekly chart, there are confluence factors :-
1) fibonacci golden ratio extension 1.618
2) horizontal price support
3) very near weekly 200MA support

no more ascending triangle on HSI 5min .. more like a horizontal box now .. price going back to the low of the range .. if breaking below this, then bearish bias .. else, sideway movements shall continue meaning price may move back to the high of the range ! until price breaks the boundary of the box, sideway bias ??

oops shud be HSI not HY :) price is still sideways but watch out now an ascending triangle in progress on 5min ... if price manages to break above, this will trigger all the shorties stop loss (buy) orders and the breakout traders will join the party with more buy orders further fueling a rally !!

long-term, nestle is still on an uptrend !! note the 200MA on both charts are still rising ... although lately we start to see big red candles, this does not mean she is going to crash ... it is probably a signal telling us 'hey perhaps she is due for a healthy correction before marching on'

since long-term chart gives us a bias that a correction may be in progress, let's check out the intra-day chart ! look at the nice price channel on 15min chart ... if price breaks below this channel, it gives us more confirmation that nestle is heading towards a healthy pullback

for me, the risk reward is not good ! if i buy at break of the upper boundary with TP at 8.2, it's not worth it ???

if HY can break the upper boundary of the box, then she will test 8.2 also coincides with 50MA ... monitor at that point, if there is bearish price action, then the rally is over

this HY has the box again on 5min (happened before and again now ... the power of price action !) and price is not able to get back up above the 20MA but trickling down with it !! set your stop tighter

2) 1H 20/50 bearish crossover .. perhaps a new short-term downtrend in progress
3) 5min downtrend line resisting and if price is able to crawl back up will be watching that horizontal resistance
