then since ekovest has about 2bil shares
this is about 15c per share earnings

assuming p/e ratio of 10x
share price = RM1.5

this of course is only a rough calculation, it does not include highways n other landbanks

previous high for ekovest is rm1.52
assume rm2 maybe too much but still possible

contractors on the other hand can only make about 5% ~ 9% only single digits
