I believe iwh and ekovests transaction is to strengthen LKHs grip on ekovest.
After eko buys land from iwh using icp pref shares, LKH will own 44% of eko. This looks like a good way for LKH to increase shareholding while eko only needs to spend a bit of money. Minority will dilute but who cares.
I dun think iwh will merge with eko. Eko will be his construction arm.
Why put all eggs in 1 basket?
Best is to have 1 developer co n 1 construction co. Separate.

I second i3, most traders won't understand how construction jobs in the industry is awarded.
I work in this line so i know.

BM is awarded to iwh crec. This is master developer. It's up to them to award projects to any or who.
I suspect ekovest n iwcity will get a big pie.
Such a massive project 140bil no one contractor can do alone. Plus they award in phases eg 5b, 6bil. Even that ekovest can't do it alone.
Hence no matter how eko n iwc will be involved.
Just sit down n wait. This is a big project. It will be good news for years.
