draven nobody knows for sure, all we know is there have been big changes in the boardroom, some partnership agreements, buying the IT company based in singapore and the awarding of the e-wallet license. Malakoff announced that its 90%-owned unit, Tanjung Bin Power Sdn Bhd (TBP) had entered into an agreement with IHI Corporation Japan (IHI), ISHI Power Sdn Bhd (ISHI), and IHI Power Systems (M) Sdn Bhd (IPSM), as well as Sumitomo Corporation, Zelan Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd and Sumi-Power Malaysia Sdn Bhd, to resolve and settle the disputes (i.e. relating to previous operational issues at TBP power plant), according to the terms and condition of the agreement. Although it did not disclose the terms and condition, and the amount to be settled, we are positive on this new development as it should help to improve FY17F earnings. We maintain our Neutral call and DCF-based target price of RM1.29 however.

Just be patient, it will go up.
