Was under the impression the AGM would announce the RCPS? Any news on that front?

Correct me if I am wrong but EPS will be extremely diluted since there is 1 billion shares (not to mention another 1 billion warrants which may be converted to mother shares).

So just simple calculation if Sona makes RM100m per year, the EPS would only be 0.01? Even if PE25 the value of the share is RM0.25??

Bought in today at 24.5. Will hold till at least end of the year.

Cut loss at 1.21. Managed to stomach the loss as bought it at 1.30. For those who got trapped in here all the best.

As for me even if subsequent quarters are outstanding I will still not invest in such a company. Management is now tainted in my eyes. I am not sure if what they did is illegal but its still unconscionable in my eyes.

Seems that they frontloaded their profits to last quarter. Overall for the year its still a massive improvement.
