2.7亿购工程諮询公司　HSS巩固实力进攻水务

同时，他指出，公司完成收购后，HSS工程净利预计將翻倍成长，从2016財政年的1400万令吉，跃升至3900万令吉。而该笔交易將整合两家公司的资源，从而降低业务成本。HSS工程预期，未来3年將为公司省下5%至10%的成本。
尼基表示，公司看好国內水务处理领域的前景，通过以上收购將加强HSS工程在该领域的实力，並预期水务处理业务对公司的贡献比重將继续提高。
尼基也指出，结合2家公司的手握订单，总计为7亿4000万令吉，可让公司忙碌3至5年。而竞標的订单总额也增至4亿6500万令吉。
成立于1962年的SMHB，深耕水务处理业务超过50年。曾参与雪州河第1阶段至第3阶段的发展项目，以及马六甲河美化和净化等工程项目。
每年4月30日结账的SMHB，2016財政年净利和营业额分別为2500万令吉和9300万令吉。

HSS工程發文告指出，今日簽署前期協議，以2億7000萬令吉全購SMHB工程，以強化水務基礎設施業的工程諮詢地位。

SMHB工程是一家工程顧問公司，擁有水務處理工程與環境等服務相關的豐富專業知識。

HSS工程在這項股權收購協議下，將支付1億6200萬令吉現金，剩下的1億800萬令吉則通過發新股完成。

至于1億6200萬令吉現金部份，銀行貸款占半數，另外半數資金將從私下配售與附加股籌獲。

HSS工程目前持有約4億令吉合約訂單，加上SMHB工程價值3億3800萬令吉的未完成合約訂單，合計訂單值達7億3800萬令吉。

It added that proposed acquisition would combine the strengths of two leading Malaysian engineering consultancy firm which will strengthen the position of the enlarged HSS group to be a key contender to undertake projects not only in Malaysia but in the international market.

“The order book of HSS group would increase significantly from approximately RM400mil currently to RM738mil post proposed acquisition. The proposed acquisition will also expand HSS’s current workforce from 600 to more than 1,000 employees with more than half of whom are professional engineers,” HSS said.
