Cash proceeds from warrants - Engtex has 133m warrants which will expire in October 2017. Conversion of the warrants could raise RM110m to reduce borrowing, expand production and fund upcoming property development.

IBHD (4251) - 解说为何业绩亮眼，股价仍不上涨？

一如往常，IBHD展现杰出的效率，7月17日就公布最新的季报表现了。不过，这方面有着高效率对股价是没有太大影响的，最重要还是业绩亮眼。
事实上IBHD的业绩也相当亮眼，营业额成长47%亦突破新高，达RM127.8million，净利也成长34%。上半年已取得3.6仙EPS，比去年同期高出27%。

以目前的情况看来，笔者还是相当看好IBHD未来的前景。别忘了发展总值达90亿令吉的I-City智慧城市目前只发展约15%左右，还有很多发展价值仍未发掘。随着净利的提高，IBHD的手上资金增加至RM243mIllion，是一家净现金公司可以支撑未来的发展计划。明年及以后的业绩除了可以依靠新的房地产项目之外，有看头的是与泰国最大购物广场合作打造的购物广场及与Hilton打造的酒店，可以为IBHD带来稳定的recurring income。

最令人鼓舞的是，Hill10才推出一个月就获得70%的认购率，算是很不错的成绩了。笔者在上个季度已表明Hill10房产的发展总值虽小，可是是尤为重要的指标，这证明现在开始智慧家居是有市场的。
