How will vivocom get the lion's share of the HSR project from CRCC without Dr Yeoh? He can join another construction company and already his son running his consultation firm. So it's similar case with Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin of SP Setia who had his son running Ecowld first then Liew joins there.

Directors of this company work as a team and TIMED their announcements perfetly well because they knw retailers are watching. Big part of the outstanding shares belong to retailers.

despite the bonus issues tht has been timed by them tu uplift its share price as much as they can and this time Managing Director himself in the spotlight talking abt rewarding shareholders that are mostly retailers....nothing catch my eyes because it's all expected.

What does that show? these cheerleaders wanted quick profits only and not long term because they knew the long term for vivocom is bleak due to the departure of Dr Yeoh...there goes CRCC contracts....there's no binding agreement that vivocom will be CRCC in-house contractor forever therefore anytime CRCC can switch to other construction company for their sub-con jobs.

vivocom still down from peak....retailers looking for quick profit are buying n dumping back. When they profit enough, they will dump n cease to hold any shares waiting again

Bonus issues is not purely to reward shareholders only but to boost liquidity and this will have an adverse effect on its share price movement. Keep in mind that this will be limited because it's priced in and vivocom will have to sort out the impending problems within the company.
