4Q20 EPS 5sen. Annualized EPS 20sen. Now only ~5x PE.

2021 going to a stronger year, easily above 20sen EPS in FY21.

Most profits are from EMS business.

CPI + Toyoplas RM70mil at least
Century Bond RM15mil at least

Just these 3 alone can contribute at least RM85mil earnings. I use conservative 12x PE also market cap RM1.02bil market cap or RM1.90 per share.

20% stake in Sprint expressway worth RM174mil.

From Splash sale, KPS receiving about RM22mil a year for 9 years (already received RM570mil cash and will receive additonal RM195mil in 9 annual instalments).

Everyone needs to understand that a company has no choice but to say it has no knowledge/unaware until they receive an OFFICIAL letter.

For Example:

IF kps privatisation is true, kps can only confirm the privatisation if they receive a letter from the investment bank on behalf of its major shareholder (the offeror).

USUALLY, the letter is received on the same date the letter is issued.

So, on the same day itself, the company has to announce that they received it.

Example, if the letter is dated 17 Nov, bursa announcement also on 17 Nov. Usually the case.

To get a better understanding, check out previous privatisation announcements on bursa website.

CCM offer price RM3.10.

CCM latest net assets per share RM1.91.

Offer price is 1.62x NTA.

CCM on 16 Oct 2020:

We need to understand the game of stocks.

If KPS was serious about denying The Edge article, they would announce like CCM. CCM made enquiry with its major shareholder PNB. PNB replied "it does not comment on market rumours or speculation".

If KPS was serious about denying, they would announce that they enquired with their major shareholder Darul Ehsan Investmnet Group (DEIG). Because if there is privatisation, it would be from DEIG.

So conclusion now is privatisation is neither confirmed nor denied.

Whatever it is, KPS is a good fundamental stock due to its cash cow EMS businesses.
