Today is the EGM proposing of 60% acquisition of Ping Petroleum. The reason was Ping is a profitable & cash-rich company. DNEX aims to be a global company. The Brent is now standing above 70 & DNEX is confident that the soon economic recovery will be benefited by exploring into O&G as well.
