Bluebird you are absolutely right. Nokenzo, KFIMA is one of the stock that cold eye recommend but has not really run. Stocks such as Kretam recommended buy him has jumped three fold at least.

Chinese newspaper has great influence when come to stock pick. Nanyang in fact has got few good columnist. Who knows they will recommend KFIMA tomorrow? Ha ha

KCCHONG, you are spot on. Both Kfima and Fima Corp are sitting in a huge cash pile of whopping RM500 million and both stocks are trading at dirt cheap P/E 6.00. These are the stocks than one can sleep with peace. I would be very worried if huge gearing and very high P/E company formed most of my portfolio.

Merger definetly is a plus point for the company.

I still hold on to Kfima stock and never sell any because I have done my homework after encouraged by your findings. Because I am able to buy a low p/e cash rich and low profile company because attracted by your argument here. As long as the net cash and Nta of this company keeps increasing consistently, I will keep this stock.
