料成消費稅大贏家之一 競優國際母子大熱刷新高

（吉隆坡27日訊）房地產軟件供應商競優國際（IFCAMSC，0023，創業板科技）估計是消費稅實行后的最大贏家之一，母股與憑單全日交投熾熱並殺入10大熱門股榜，同時一起創上市以來最高紀錄。

　今早開市時，母股與憑單皆起1.5仙迎市，競優國際報55.5仙，競優國際-WA（IFCAMSC-WA，0023WA，創業板科技）則報45仙。

　隨后，競優國際與憑單漲勢持續，交易量更在開盤30分鐘內同步衝高至千萬股，湧進10大熱門股榜，

　競優國際休市揚4.5仙或8%，掛58.5仙，半日易手2620萬7300股。截至下午4時半，競優國際一度漲5仙至59仙，寫下上市以來新高，交投量4048萬8900股。

　競優國際-WA休市前則漲4仙，以47.5仙再改寫上市新高紀錄；休市則起3仙掛46.5仙，半日易手3582萬6600股。

　競優國際-WA午盤交易量勝過母股，截至下午4時半，該憑單起4仙，報47.5仙，交投量4801萬6500股。

（吉隆坡27日訊）德達飛訊（DSONIC，5216，主要板貿易）獨立非執行主席丹斯里莫哈默哈斯敏證實，該公司有意收購大馬國家印刷有限公司（PNMB，簡稱國家印刷公司）。

　他相信公司具有人才和能力，為負責印刷外國人身分證，或稱i卡（i-Kad）的國家印刷公司帶來附加價值。

　莫哈默哈斯敏在股東大會后指出：“早前財經週刊《The Edge》報導屬實，我們認真看待收購國家印刷公司一事。我們仍在等待政府公布決定。”

德達飛訊（DSONIC，5216，主要板貿易）將在本月底公布業績，料淨利達1200萬至1400萬令吉之間；該公司在4月份獲得展延大馬卡合約，相信未來將持續成長。

　該公司首季淨利料僅占全年預測的12.2%至14.3%之間。這看似表現低于預期，但德達飛訊剛在4月底獲得展延大馬卡合約，以訂製400萬張大馬卡，且這批大馬卡本應在去年底交付。

紅股除權後RM2.72

　由于展延合約在4月獲批準，估計1月至3月大馬卡實際交付數額減少至110萬至150萬張，今年次季大馬卡數額將有所提升，並在6月底前交付400萬張。

　另外，德達飛訊發送紅股建議將在6月11日完成，屆時股票數額將提升至13億5000萬股，有助加強市場流通量。

　未來2年，大馬卡和國際護照照片頁面業務將貢獻德達飛訊85%盈利。單一盈利來源潛在風險，但相信該公司在中至長期內，會逐步多元化盈利基礎。

　基于公司盈利料在次季復甦，因而維持德達飛訊“買進”評級，合理價為4.08令吉，紅股除權后為2.72令吉。
