Don't worry. Long term sona will make money. even my Japanese company i work with with high compliance procedures also accumulate Sona stock. Recent buy 800,000 stock at price of RM 0.61. Now i collect back whatever i sold earlier.

Yup normally will keep remaining balance 20% for long term strategy. Once QA will for sure sell 80% and will left 20% share for long term.

pfhong : I have checked with Investor relation officer of Cliq Energy and most likely QA will only happen next year. To me management is slow in executing the QA...I have sold 60% of cliq-wa and shifted to sona wa and PM corp since the price its cheaper. Anyway, still holding cliq wa and plan to disposed once QA is materialised. Both Cliq and Sona you can hold till QA is announced.

Don't worry if you holding cliq or sona , both counter will announce QA . The only things is we don't know when. I'm holding both counter share but weightage is more on sona cause it is cheaper. So that i can hold more lots. Either one announce QA both counter will benefit.

Its a bit complex to explain cause in economic many factor is contributing to the movement of share market. Normally we look into company fundamental and strength but this is only apply when no major crisis happened. But when we have major economic crisis the crisis itself if contributed by so many factors.

Now what i can see is big drop in India Rupee and Indonesia Rupiah. Our Ringgit also affected and getting weaker against US Dollar. Why this happen? Cause foreign investor convert local currency to US Dollar. Why they pull out ? It is trigger by signal by US that they may start slowing down or stop printing their dollar. If US stop printing , the interest rate will go up. If if these people borrow money with low interest rate earlier, once US interest rate increase they will pull back the money to the origin.

As a result country that have many foreign investor flow will feel the heat by selling of the local currency. Once local currency weak then your import value will increase and vs compare to export these country may fall under deficit. To close down deficit if the country cannot take it then have to borrow from IMF. Local Interest rate will increase and ...... [ its complicated to explain]. At the end it may come to recession eg Thailand ...

We hope it will not go so far till recession etc.Our country have learn 1998 crisis and hope they know how to handle the situation. India have't got any experience like us before and now the country is in deep trouble.

Coming to the war if u see history , the share market will drop. Every drop is an opportunity but find the support level and buy bit by bit. If one support level break find another support level and buy. In any case it will have technical rebounce. If want to exit find the resistance and sell. Unless you have lot money can hold but please be alert of the global economic situation.

Q: if wars about to happen (touch wood), wouldn't be oil and gas counter is more reliable ?
If war happen , Oil Price will go up. The oil producer will get more revenue. Indirectly the counter may go up but if the share market overall go down or crash , this 'up' may not able to be reliable for long run.

Share market is always depend on when right time you go in and when right time to go out.

For any price movement on the Bursa it is only technical re bounce cause it already hit 1650 mark last 2 days. The world economic scenario is still uncertain. If wanna make some money but a bit on the support level and sell on resistant level. Watch Syria -US war. Keep bullet and if war happen stock will drop. Find the support level and buy a bit.

Yes .. The 5 QA earlier still intact. Once they confirm, MOU need to be signed first [ don't know they will announce the MOU or not. Maybe close door MOU ]. I belief it will not be long. I'm checking now as whether the investor money is kept in US dollar or RM. This is because our currency is going down and very disadvantage to the company to keep in RM since the QA purchase is in US dollar. Next monday only i know the cash in kept by them in what currency.

The tricky part here is the drop is driven by foreign investor is pulling out money from emerging market and cause big drop is currency exchange started with india rupee and then spread to other country like indonesia , philiphine and also malaysia. This was last seen in 1997 -1998 crisis. Once currency drop it will affect the country economy and foreign investor will pull out from market share and convert to other currency like US dollar. In addition country GDP will drop and may lead to recession. This is what i afraid of . I hope im wrong but becareful . It not possible to happen again. Next klse support is around 1680 and 1650 . If this is break better watchout. Monitor also for GDP figure and currency exchange. If further drop in ringgit then it is not good. BNM will interfere. However, if recession is become reality it is actually a very good opportunity for u to become rich guy once economy recover. But u need cash and holding power to do that.

It may break 1700 point ... best support will be 1680 point ... Time to collect bit by bit ...
