Announcement on AGM is on 1 week of July ... 2 weeks to go.

Derrick .. as expected .. as long as the price can maintained within 0.45-.50 with volume > 30 it is ok for me.. It can only move further once we have the announcement ..

Currently myself having lots at price 0.435 and will be releasing my lots stage by stage at various target price once news out ( dont know when la but belief everday approacing nearer to the announce date ).

Dont expect the price will go up drastically .. As long the volume maintained above 30 or 35 and above it show sign of market taking position awaiting for the news...i thinks price will maintain between .45 to .50 before moving higher .. Only news of ac will push price higher than 0.50 ...my opinion only...

13 June : Volume : 30.5
14 June : Wanna see volume > 35.0 As at 10.18 am already 16.0..

forget about the news ... news will come but don't know exactly when.. people is accumulation on weakness knowing news on AC will be nearer ..

wow ...almost touch 30 point down for BSKL .. anybody know support at what level ya? A -3-4% correction is 1710 and -6-8% correction is 1660 level. This is the correction support level we will be watching for this June 2013. So ready to buy if touch these level ya...

so far someone is buying and supporting at the price 0.45..Maintain at this price at this current market condition is good sign. Volume also improve ...once market recover the price may follow going up. My opinion only...

Kalau mau buat duit banyak senang saja .. Tunggu market crash kaw2 lepas tu beli counter blue chiip kaw2 .. Tunggu lama2 sudah untung kaw2 jual la.. In your life maybe 2 /3 kali jumpa market crash sudah cukup la buat u kaya.. If u buy patimas counter it is gambling rather than investing.. Especially when very bad corporate governance.. If wanna bet can but dont buy alot la ..tapi kalau u observe trading transaction everyday u can see someone is manupulating this counter.. Anyway it ur money and ur choice.. If u holding alot share better reduce ur weightage .. Sell 80% and keep 20% .. At least ur safe 80% of ur share if later its delisted from bursa.. Just my opinion la..

Patimas price increase was in January when rumours about this come out in one Article but denied by Patimas . At that time Price go up to RM 0.18 ...[ I assume price increase because Tencent by 5% of share ] . If all the news is true then Tencent the it can shoot up more than .18 cents. I don't know can become reality or not. Just wait for the announcement ya... kikiki.

Corrected Fact : It is not EGM but AGM. Cliq Energy Financial year end 31 March 2013 and annual general meetings must be held within five months after the end of the association’s financial year. The most important is the Agenda in the AGM. Announcement to bursa will be out to notify shareholder on the AGM and we will know by then the agenda in the AGM.

Kiki..i just sharing some facts for considerations only . Still we based on assumptions.. 1st Assumption : Cliq EGM on 22 july 2013 is to get shareholders approval for the acquitision . If this is true then my wonder is the time frame. Is it possible for cliq to announce the news and then get sc approval before the EGM? The timeline is too short as compare to the period taken by hisbicus. The news need to be out within these 2 weeks if this assumption is true.
2nd Assumption : The EGM is for other purpose and not for approval of Company Acquitision .. But i wonder it is for what..anyway,you make ur own choice ya... Next week in my opinion the chance of the price going upward is higher since US market up 200+ point and school holiday already finish..let wait and see that on Monday .. Happy weekend to all.. Cliq-Wa : Based on company info EGM Cliq Energy will be on 22 July 2013. Comparing to Hibiscus EGM is on 21 March 2013 [7/8 months after listing and 4 month after announcement of acquisition].
1st company need to announce on Acquisition news then 2nd get SC approval and 3rd hold EGM to get support. If Cliq EGM is on 22 July 2013 then the Acquisition news should be much earlier. Or this EGM is for other thing? Wait and see...
