FYI, this counter is not good to invest because its fundamental is bad and next Q could be reported another losses. Currently, no concreate action tajen to turn around the company except debt has been reduced. Nothing impressed at all currently.

4. My prediction another big player would come in once Mr Ibrahim hold 10% of total share. The later player could be the NOTEHOLDER. BUYBACK AND PUSH UP AGAIN THE PRICE TO HELP MR. IBRAHIM & OTHER BIG PLAYER TO GAIN MONEY.

Do not react emotional but think it rationaly.

As I mentioned earlier, this share is now under control of BIG PLAYERS. They can push up or down under their juridiction.

They purposely push it down for a while with the attention to buy it back at lower price.

So, just be cooled because "IF THEY CAN PUSH IT DOWN, THEY CAN PUSH IT BACK LATER".

In what business segment this company can generate profit besides depending on Nuenergy?

Then, it is a long way to go. Not ready to invest.

The rationale of the Director buying a lot recently and keep on buying is because "THE COMPANY IS NOW ON TRACK RECOVERING OF HUGE LOSS IN MANY MANY YEARS AND HOPING TO GENERATE POSITIVE PROFIT FROM THE TWO NEW SHIPS THAT BOUGHT AFTER RCN TOOK PLACE".

The purpose of RCN are as follows:

1. Reducing of company debt.
2. Generate profit thru 2 new ships.

For item no 1, by looking at current situation which RCN has been done, the company I would say has been successfully more than 60% reduce the overall company debt.

As for item no 2, I would say the company is not yet proven making profit. May be it would and if it does the profit is not marvelous at all. But still positive.

Along the way, the company has begin talk to provide logistic provider to O&G company. This is a good opportunity and would boost the share price. Any positive outcome from the discussion between Hubline ad unknown O&G woud spike the share price.

Another thing is ANNUAL REPORT. This annual report need to submit early of next year. The management should show proof and boost the investors confident by showing the share price has break 20 cent and proofig that share consolidation has successful save the company.

There are other factors and what I written here is just enough.

So, the behind of Director keep on buying is the company is on track progressing.
