The question right now why there is no major sell-off until now if the tendency is too high for suspension ?

I noticed there is no major sell-off activity currently. Could be major sell-off take placed on the following day of suspension. I don't know it is true suspension for one day,lifted the following day.

The way the market behaved right, it could be.

Can somebody confirmed the statement "suspension for one day,lifted the following day".

The trading volume is low means that they are back in control the share price.

Hope so it would happen on July 17.

I bought a few CSL this morning and just take my own risk. And I don't ask to follow.

High sell volume at 9 cent shows that they are back to control the share price.

I believe it won't be delisted but price remain low.

Their game is to take back as many possible as times goes by. Nobody will realise it.

It won't rebound but will remain stagnant low for a very long period of years. Could be 2 - 3 years. This is Chinese stock and most of them are remain low for a period of time.

CNOUHUA has went up by 2 cents in 2 days. Ha ha

Currently there is a sign but still early the investors have come back to Chinese stock especially at CNOUHUA. It has managed to went up by 1 cent. They have slowly show interest on CNOUHUA. Could be CSL is next because somebody has block the CSL price with high volume selling.
Another interesting, somebody has accumulated buying CSL-WA. Need to watch from now the CNOUHUA, CSL & CSL-WA closely.

Or Could be somebody is this forum is trying to manipulate those shares.

Watch as well CSL-WA compare to CSL. I notice there is no major sold out until now. Although the price went down to 3 cent MR CF and his cronies are still keeping the shares.
Anyway be careful and just watch the game they play.

CNOUHUA up by 1.5 cent. Better monitor closely HBGLOBAL, CNOUHUA and CSL. Any of these positive / negative movement will influence local investors.

It is a trap. Any gorengggg should go to CSL-WA. It's only true gorengggg if the bought volume in CSL-WA is higher compare to CSL.
That is a clear clue and had happened in XDL-WA before.

The Auditor has been paid to deliver their service by hook or by crook.

FJ: In Bursa announcement CF and other Directors are still holding some of CSL shares. Logically, they will do something to push as higher as possible if there is any delisted.
Is it about money and human being sometime greedy. That's normal.
For the auditor, I guess they will continue Audit for the unaffected area. For affected area, they can estimate using last audit report before fire accident. There will be a claused stated in the AFS report. The Auditor has been paid for the services and they will find ways to prepare the report. So, for today on my second thought CSL is unlikely to be delisted. Again, this is my personal perception and I don't provoke people to follow me. It's my 2 cent opinion based on my worm experienced. At the of the day the Auditor cannot simply give excuse they are unable to produce report.

FJ & Leno: Both of you are right in sharing your comments. At the end of the days buying or selling is based on own jurisdiction. Nobkdy should be blamed. Looking at MR CF holding no.of shares it becomes less n less. He knew the share price will drop and eveybody in this forum aware of this cheated company already. Everything has been planned earlier..the dead of former CEO last year, press down share price, directors selling their shares in a systematic way and late submit AFS due to factory li fire. It is well plan plot.
Another thing thaf very clear for past more than a year the share price has'nt goes up? Where are the sharks?
Could be they are going to GORENGGGGG and buy million of shares at very cheaper price and this this is their ultimate plan.
Fyi, in 1990 I met an old Chinese man and his age at that time is 60 but I'm young at that time. We work at the same office in Telekom Malaysia. He share his experienced with me..he said don't buy Chinese Share. Chinese share will go down at lower price and when everybody in desperately sell share, they buyback. At the end they get back almost their own share.
Now I in the midst, could be CSL is doing this?

I guess FJ has made the correct decision. I just found out why didn't they buyback the share now since it is very cheap. That's show CSL management does not sincere to protect the shareholders interest.
I now believe it will be delisted soon and too many fishy about this company.

I can admit they squandering shareholder's fund but I cannot accept they can simply go for delisted. It is about reputation which their existence is more than 10 years I guess.

If they cheated company account is normal for Chinese Listed Company but go for delisted is someting unusual.

If we think clearly, there are good and bad time of any company. The company can run as usual later on but why need for delisted.

I guess the auditor now play the major role and need to submit the AFS for avoiding delisted and what is the significant for a company to go delisted. If there any good for them..

Another thing if they do not have enough cash..how come they managed to acquire about 40% or more of PELIKAN share last year. Now, it is noted all the PELIKAN has been sold.

Further to this, if the business is not real how come they have Top Management meeting with PELIKAN.

I just don't understand how come they simply want to be delisted if the company can run as usual later. THIS i REALLY CANNOT UNDERSTAND.

In today announcement, it is clearly mentioned Insurance will cover the loss due to the fire incident but not the company revenue loss. That's show they can built back the 40% affected factory plant. The 60% unaffected plants are still running as usual.

Is it possible the company proceed for de listed although their production run as usual later on (Build back after get the insurance money). What do you think FJ.

Wahaha126: My is thinking is same as u. Actually,they sell-off right from the beginning is to get cash money. They didn't make profit anyway when sell-off but they do it just to get cash money. That is why people say no making sense price goes down despite good Q. report.

So, what I told earlier seems to be true. Company Buyback is just a selling story. If happened it just involve a small volume..just to show they have committed. Ha ha.

The Company Directors & Company plays the dirty games here. They sell the buy back news but doesn't means they will use company money to buy back. It is normal strategy by listed companies which allow by KLSE.
They push down and up like other Chinese share such as Msports, XDL, Kstar,Maxwell & others. Although different Company name & Directors but the it has same common item which is Chinese always in down trend all the time..Always proved good Q result & record but the share price goes the other way direction. Conclusio, do not trust their good news.
