From logical point of view, if RI price is 2 - 2.5 cent .... definitely the mother share price is about 3 - 4 cent after RI ex-date.
That is why down the street now from now on before the ex-date, the mother price would be around 4.5 - 5 cent..
Anyway, it is my 2 cent personal point of view.
