I can only give you some of my observations, the final decision is always on you.
1. i see the operator still supporting the price.
2. Historical price range 0.40 -1.50, now is around 1.10, is neither high or low.
3. the period from now until the new issue listing (26Nov), is the best time for operator to push.
4. Avalanche of shares issued @0.22 will be flooding the market at the listing day onwards, if i were the operator, i will let the selling pressure to subside .....
5. The Q3 FR is due at the end of the month too .... needless to say, good /bad will give an direct short term impact.

For long term, of course the bright spot will be the 25yr concession power plant at Vietnam, i believe if someone buy at this price, in case, if it drops, will recover, if the holding period long enough, But i think the sake will not be so straight forwards (i hope u know what i mean).

I can't talk much, especially on some assumptions, eg. the premium of WB, WC etc. the general phenomenon is low price warrant often has higher premium.

Actually i'm not qualified to give advice, since you asked, I just put on somethings for courtesy respond, Just forget it, if u find is not useful.

Difference of buying OR /mother share /WB can be felt during this period :-)

last night, a fellow mssg me, thanked me for suggestion buying WB, he said thanked for the limit up that he never experienced .... i told him, that was not a limit up, counters less than 1.00 limit up is 0.30 ..... :D

I told him 896 extra WB (for every 1K he bot before ex-date) will be credited to his acct. and listed simultaneously with the new-issued mother share and WC on 26Nov :D

some ppl don't know the meaning of price-vol, they don't know big boss was supporting price during the OR listing, while many retailers selling their mother share .....

when price up, they are happy and comes out to talk nonsense, when price doom they keep quiet .... that's all!

now the advance/decline ratio is 180/653. for easy interpretation, can be read as 2 to 7 .....

JAKS is at the 2 side, so ... is strong :D

let's say now u hv 10K, and u get another 16K @0.22, if the price rise, what will u do?

this morning see arbitrage opportunity again,
when OR was selling @0.28, mother share can be bot @0.445.

Subscribe for mother share, 0.28 + 0.22 =0.50.
A gain of 5.5 sen.
But I saw very few trading for this no risk arbitrage, shock me very much!

The above calculation is base on RI is subscribed at "Base Rate".

Minimum Rate --- nobody subscribe, only big boss and underwriting IB take up the RI.

Base Rate --- Mother share holders take up the subscription but NO warrant, ESOS, LTIP ... make conversion /subscription.

Maximum rate --- Warrants are converted to mother share, ESOS, LTIP ... all subscribe to the RI.

The market price of WC (to be issued), if we assume 30% premium base on today closing price 46sen, would be around 11sen.

(Premium of warrant could be higher or lower, is vary all the time.)

Assume a 30% premium after Ex-RI, the price of WB is around 25 -27 sen!

if u think the subscription price reversed from 12 to 22, is due to the market condition was improved .... than u r totally wrong, u can checked how the klse indexes performed during this period. Only Jaks was purposely pushed up !!

then, what is the difference? the amount of money holders fork out for subscription is almost the same! those sold their holding earlier and hope to buy back later, cheaper to participate the RI would truly realize the difference :-) Big boss know how to cope with this type of persons, just like he knew how to cope with kyy :-)

by the way, the reversed version benefits the WB holders, is easy to verify.
e.g. assume that u bot WB @0.50, u plug in the figure in both versions for the excise-price and quantity adjustment, u can see which one is better. :-)

Since announcements was made through Bursa, Bursa should seek more clarification:
1) BPuri effective value of the HIGH-SPEED RAILWAY BID IN THAILAND is 1B or 30% of 1B?
2) The duration 36 month starting counted from when?
3) How the "Group's unbuilt book order stands at RM1.9 billion as at to date" is derived?
4) What is the structure of SPTK JV Co. Ltd?

While missing the essential ponits, the co, made many "extra" content not related,
eg. Why they should state the 1.9B unbuilt book order (3 above); Is this " A total of 26 projects with approximate value of RM2.0 billion have been completed by Bina Puri in Thailand since 2003." related to the bid won?

The purpose is probably to draw investors to buy the share.

Price (includes PA) is tightly controlled by operator /manipulator ......

As I said before, I didn't follow Tenaga QRs in detail.
if u really want me to say something, I may say the MCO has little effect (around 12%), the main reason of NP drop was caused by weakened RM, maybe Tenaga has debts in foreign currencies, that cause loss when mark to market price.

Hope, someone has better understanding can give u a more comprehensive explanation :-)
