You can witness this by their failure in fixing IPO price initially, but still go ahead to listing with the re-fixing IPO price which was more than 20% lower than initial IPO price. Smart investors still not accepting this price....expecting more selling pressure after locking period. At the end, who is loss and who is gain? You know and I know la.....this is called legalised money game. Just my 2 cents of thought from today's LCTitan relisting after 6 years.
