when demand is low, asp is squeeze. obm has no advantage becoz u cannot increase price..n yet u need pay overhead. but when crisis like thisOBM can quickly change pricing to capitalise of price surge. Harta cannot do this becoz they r on long term contract with distributor.

thats why kenanga say...we r underestimating the advantage of OBM. rerate to rm6.

all the fund are parking their money in supermax...including KYY n OTB sifu. u think they park at rm2-3...aiming only rm6...cannot be. 150 million per qtr in future...all ib knows. they know supermax minimum 7.50 -10. that y they keep rerating n reraing so fast...never seens b4 like this.

i ijus wan to let ppl know..the subsequent qtrs, might b next or year end...profit is at least 150 mil. per qtr..this is calculated by ib, not me...i calculate much more than that.so conservative. 150 million u can go work out how much pe...so u hold til that time...u think rm6 fair valued? harta is only 125 million as of yesterday report.

I only know supermx jan to mar export to us x 2 to 120 ton from 60 ton ...april to may already 120 ton. may to jun expect another 120 ton .meaning april to jun 240 ton .120 x 2 again.
