also speed up digitisation n expanding with newer planes with better cashflow...its a wiser move..

aa might b paying more on lease ..but also free up cashflow...lower debt n interest saving...lesser tax due to chargable expense on depreciated planes...with new a/cing standard coming up..may b its wiser to lease planes then holding them as assets...

aa will be paying about 1.3 billion to shareholder on 28th...u can guess how much will b used to buy bak aa shares...may b only 10% will buy bak...also enuff to push the stock up...at least the share will not fall anymore...

Only hedge a small percentage if the oil is real low....like 50 is a good price to hedge...

Yap...actually aa uses current price for air ticketing...so can always maintain competitive edge...

Aa is one of the least hedge airline...competitor far worst in fuel management then aa...aa can make profit even aT 100usd brent...the others already loss til parent cannot recognise...lol
