1. Present earnings multiple...@>22.5x...PE...Zero Margin of Safety...!!!
2. Zero down your cost of capital...to Hold only Free Shares...Or Reduce your cost to floor Value... that's conservative earnings growth with Dividend n other benefits.
3. Business fundamental deteriorated. Cash generating is decreasing, debt is increasing.
4. Have better business to invest...a leader within its peers. Fantastic supply n demand.
5. CEO, CFO or few efficient management retired or resigned.
6. Top Insiders are Selling.
7. 30-year Government Bonds yield above 10%.
8. You analyse them...!!!

Well...VIS, Aemulus, n the new Greatec...still isn't so well established like VITROX n PENTA. There aren't the leaders...at least top 3 in BURSA... probably ELSOFT is still a better Option...Now ATE business is getting bigger...n everyone wants to have some bites...So in the long run it will become very competitive....just like glove business...we shall see who are the one with the best efficiency to survive in all these overcapacity n cost competitive environment. Company with long history of competitive advantage probably can survive better n can survive longer n become more n more efficient. Management team play a crucial role...!!!

MAS problems already started long, long time ago during MSA. Those directors can even collaborate with their Singapore directors...both sides like cobras against mongooses...In the end they divorced. SIA has been flying quite well...n voted best airlines for few times. Where is MAS...losing money after money, still never wake up...still dreaming. Who are the People who run the company... union members don't run ...they only negotiate for the well-being of employees. So even Qantas...changed...their Union more powerful... company need to survive to earn money...then employees are Safe. For the sake of name... don't know what is integrity n moral values...they are so many excuses to defend the airlines. In the end make Malaysian without standard in the eyes of our neighbor... especially across the causeway...they seldom respect what you got to say. But so many talented Malaysian are over there. Singapore can be successful because they nurtured foreign talents from every parts of the world...even China with huge population also not easy to defeat Singapore. Malaysian must wake up n look deeply into the mirror...we have so many natural resources...where are we now...!!!

Aiyoo...most of the times... it's not quarter/ annual earnings alone... earnings can uptrend Price...but the points are more than that. The important thing to look are the overall bond rates, interest rates of bank, geopolitical tension, GDP... supply n demand,...N the crucial one is are you sure money are flowing more into riskier assets like equity...or money are kept in bond, time deposit, or kept in safer n defensive assets class. Liquidity inflow into stock markets is very, very important to move market valuation. So be alert to buy or sell... don't be too greedy...GL everyone...!!!

Aiyah...if want to talk about MAS...long, long, story...the crucial things are the management, they cannot think as sharp as AA management...of course if TF, n Rafidah, or some good managers, are gone, AA can be another MAS. Cannot employ graduate, top student, without fighting spirit, to run a company. Successful company usually are run by people with many failures, setbacks, n keep on fighting to right things from wrongs. They always learn from mistakes. Business managers need lot of courage, resilience, emotion intelligence, etc. There are lot of stupid idiots with high level of qualifications...n there are lot of street smart people, hardworking, with no qualifications. Sometimes these highly educated people think they are so smart...they only think of SOP these n that. But most of the times things keep on changing very fast...and they aren't smart enough to change...!!!... that's why SIA also become complacent...but they are changing...but not efficient enough...their earnings still very erratic for few years already n price still lingering there for so long...AA probably has beaten them in certain sense...!!!

Historical earnings is relevant if earnings is not so...erratic...But...Usually it's the present earnings that matter, plus conservative earnings growth prospects... that's where the money is...???...So for present interest rates...plus earnings...cash value, DY support n other benefits, PEG,...any financial crisis the floor value around...@0.60...Undervalued...@<0.90...Fair Value...@<1.20...Put Value for earnings growth prospects...@<1.35...Overvalued...@>1.80...!!!...Cash flow, Interest rates n earnings play a major variables in valuation of a company.
