Don't get me wrong. PBB is a good stock. Just that Banking sector overall is in a consolidation phase.

@genfinder If you check carefully, shorties are not holding open position when they short PBB. It's just quick day profiting. The price looks like its stabilising now. Also, why do you say that tech is on tail end? Trend line doesn't show that anything is stopping them in short term

To be honest, I am also looking at PBB, but not now, as i expect to be able to get lower entry. The shorties are also targeting PBB, so with their help, maybe can get lower tickets.

If you are already in PBB, and if got spare cash, can add some more if dip.

Ok. This is my take..only my opinion.

Glove is past play. i exited in last Q of 2020. Now that place is a war zone..you want to go in meh ? nah forget about it.

Recovery, banking is also on down trend, with interest rate so low, earnings will be hit. not the right time..wait for lower to go in if you interested.

Tech is at its tail end of party, may be if you dare, go do a quick in and out. I ma also cashing out, left a bit there to enjoy trailing upside, if any.

Genting, no comments. I am sure you know what you are into.

Currently, i am unwinding my position, waiting for a better re-entry point later. So if i recommened you anything, it will be against my better judgement.

I spent over a million ringgit for my Genting shares....which is why I do not tolerate irresponsible and immatured people making Unproven negative views about Genting Investors and about Genting, for purpose of provocations in this Genting forum.

Negative news (from reliable sources) are different from negative views (on personal basis).

Actually any Genting investors can contact the Corporate Communication Office or email Genting’s office if not happy with Genting’s business plans, giving suggestions to Genting on how they should run their casino , IR businesses in Malaysia, Singapore, US, UK etc.

GenM already damaged, even if back..also will not be as good as before..maybe be better than now but don't expect like before pandemic

After all the damaged done by the pandemic and the Lim family screwing minority holders for their own benefits..the recovery will not push the price to previous high, yes it will go higher if things recover, at best to 50% of previous high i.e. RM 5+ tops. and could take several years to even reach there.

Looking at the comments here, there are many die hard self deluded fans here who are not open to a different viewpoint. Expect to be bashed..so i will just exit for now while let the dreams go on.

In the right sector..but the political baggage left by previous adminstration still stinks until today..if want exposure to plantation..might as well go for those well run players like IOI, TSH, KL Kepong...so many choices available..why want to pick this damaged lot

The only consolation for PBB holder is that , PBB is the better managed of the lots of banking stocks that is going down trend in general
