1. Netx issues Esos at 2 sen to employees. Usually ESOS got discount. Why NETX's ESOS don't have discount?

2. On August 2019 netx boss thru asiabio bought 103 million shares of Netx from 1.5 sen to 2 sen from open market. What is the 103 million share worth at current market price of 0.02?
