One day Hengyuan will pay dividend too as the China company buy up 51% of the share with their real hard cash, I mean we small fellow buy 1 or 2 lot also demand dividend. If the investor themself don't pay dividend how are they going to get back their return? China IPO is a different story as they get your money from the IPO here in Malaysia and not their money. Unless Heng Yuan appoint all their people to top position and get 30% of net profit as salary.

Now 6 years later Hevea now trade at RM6.80 with almost debt free and pay regular dividend. So Heng Yuan 6 years later when it's debt free and pay regular dividend how high will it go? Only RM37.00?
