this is how it started in September 4th 2020, a simple 5% drop.... if you remember and don't forget the past.... before the share valuation is half of what it was in Sept 4th... followed by massive daily drop with some small retracement in between when its OVERSOLD... there was at a time 18% drop in a single day... its down trend ! some choose to fight the market...

most of the funds and cash from gloves will slowly move to AA... over the period of next 2 months, you'll notice the buyer will outnumber the seller steadily... those who want to enjoy a handsome return, keep long term... unless you're an expert, you can trade in between to lower the average for much faster capital growth..

i've moved quite a considerable amount of fund acquiring AA for the past months... its a forward looking move on a stock that is currently at its weak point (perfect accumulation point when it is priced-in cheap when people are in fear)... disposed all fund from Armada last week... as for AA traded some by selling at 0.975 and now acquiring back on a weighted average at 0.69 currently... currently AA is the only few still cheap stock that awaits to bull run at recovery... most of the stocks in Bursa is already overvalued and pushed too high... this AA stock, you can dare to hold till next 2 years... and you'll see your nett worth multiply by few folds... the branding itself will push the price beyond RM2.50 in at least 2 years from now and attracts many institutional fund and foreign fund interest... lets see...

hmmmm, i still need to assess more before moving any funds in O&G yet... probably in a couple of days i'll decided....

going to be an ugly week for all gloves... good luck ! anyway, may touch RM3 soon before eventually going back to RM 1.50 to RM2 for correction... market is forward looking... no one will wait until all cases successfully drop before leaving gloves... haha... smart investor will buy low early on future stocks that are currently weakened but will expect growth, while dispose the stocks when they're at glory level (those BUY LOW SELL HIGH type :D)... but we also have the type of investors whereby, they buy stocks at its glory period and dispose at its weak period (those BUY HIGH SELL LOW type :D)... choose which one is you... because end of the day, its your money, not others

AirAsia is a sleeping tiger in stock market awaiting to burst & shoot up upon the vaccine arriving news in Malaysia expected in Q1... it will remind everyone about the previous glove mania, next will be airlines and recovery theme mania... it will shot up like nobody's business before reaching correction at upper level... don't be surprised it can even shoot up to RM5~RM6 or even RM7 during panic buy and economic recovery stimulus on tourism with current level of retail fund participation (unlike before) the funds involved is very huge now at this digital timing now and anticipate like glove mania... mark my words

after the pandemic, only topglove can sustain... their Director buying at current price gives confidence to investors at some extent for long term holdings.

Covid 19 pandemic is affecting every listed companies except medical gloves, medical product for the virus prevention and a few other products. As a result, the demand for medical gloves far exceeds supply and all the glove makers have been increasing their selling prices to make more and more profit.

For some mysterious reasons all the glove stocks have been dropping quite rapidly in the last few days. All the price charts are showing down trend which are encouraging more sellers. Even our famous Mr Ooi Teck Bee would not recommend to all his subscribers to buy glove stocks because they do not comply with his golden rule namely technical and financial analysis.

No wonder statistical record shows that 80 % of all the investors lose money, 10% can break even and only 10% can make money. Currently due to Covid 19 pandemic, there must be more losers and fewer winners.

Glaring opportunity

Supermax reported EPS of 30.58 sen for its 1st quarter ending September. Its previous quarter EPS was 15.29 sen. It made 100% more than its previous quarter because the company could easily increase its selling price for its gloves during the pandemic.

Its 2nd quarter ending December its EPS should be more than 30.58 sen. Even if I assume that its 2nd quarter EPS is the same as its 1st quarter its earning for half year will be 61.2 sen.

It will announce its 2nd quarter result in mid-January 2021 which is about 5 weeks from now.

Its last closing price was Rm 7.70 per share.

All investors should be able to foresee 5 weeks ahead that Supermax is so much undervalued.

This opportunity is glaring in front of us. All investors should see this glaring opportunity to make more money.

LOL... after all, when sell-off starts, don't cry...
