I have never seen any business friends talk technical things like what Ricky did, except my accountant & merchant banker friends

If anyone see what CAB did for capex but never realised on what is the outcome of capex spent, then it is just too narrow in analysing in figures, never see a bigger picture. NTA is increasing & EPS too.

You are looking for perfection in a company which must have high dividend yield, high ROE, low debts, low PE, no business risk & wide moat for the industry.

You are accountant type of investor & you won't take any risk if any ratios fall short to you

When a company took more than a year for consolidation, it will either go up or down once consolidation completed. Looking at the financial results, it is obviously another new phase of booming.

Indonesia plan is to be materialised 1.5 years later. CAB has no reason to be overlooked by market & local front businesses are more than enough to justify revaluation for CAB.

Reasons:
1. Funds can only buy mother share while all warrant holders are retailers
2. The gap between mother share & warrant is too narrow, assuming both increase 50 cents at the same time:

1.39+0.50 = 1.89 (+36%)
1.18+0.50 = 1.68 (+42.4%)

But the gap will ultimately be get back to its exercise price, that's 48 cents, just we don't know when, may be wait until mother share RM3, then Warrant will be RM2.52.

Let's see:
Mother 1.39+1.61=3.00 (+115.8%)
Warrant 1.18+1.34=2.52 (+113.6%)

If one really want to get into Ekovest, the better option is now mother share.

Based on yesterday's closing:

Mother share = RM1.39
Warrant = RM1.18
Gap = 21 cents
Exercise Price = 48 cents

Gearing = 1.39 / 1.18 = 1.18 times
Premium = 19.4%

Based on above illustration, warrant is no longer attractive.

Agreed to moneysifu, writer don't know how to analyse & read QReport properly, the PE should be higher. If based on the concept to sell when PE high, then everyone should sell GDex, MyEG, Inari, Pos, PBB.... & buy all property stocks because most of them are PE 5times & below

If can't stand to take loss of 1 or 2 cents, better sell & run.

Have we heard any goreng kaki touch gamuda or IJM? Hehe

Truly, just look at the transactions & volumes, it is way out of reach for goreng kaki to manipulate this 3b counter, they will prefer 100m-200m or less company.

I said this 2 days ago & quickly top up yesterday, haha, flies came & price up, after that flies disappeared & I happy happy see my profit up again.
