As I said early, 2 time bombs:
1. Much lower than expected profit margin due to increase in HRC price
2. Effective tax rate is extremely low in latest QR. It will kill bottom line in coming QR once effective tax rate back to normal.

Warrant is always higher return with higher risk things. If it is warrant for public bank, better avoid, because public bank paying lots of dividends every year. But Ekovest has been paying quite a nominal dividends annually.

Special div is only thing happened once in the blue moon, you not even can see this kind of things happened elsewhere easily.

Jay is correct, when the dust has settled, warrant will be a good alternative tool to ride on the growth of Ekovest with 2.5 years to go.

But why some people always said he is director, Haris is actually not a director & has not involved in daily operations of the company, he was with Ekovest via the deal where Ekovest bought up Duke 1. Nothing more.

Someone has been buying from him via private arrangement, I guess only institutions have that kinds of financial abilities.

I have read through what Icon8888 said, his points sound good & valid, but it is still his judgement. The same points may have different interpretation to others, like me.

First, talk about toll collection, while Duke 1 is making profit now, no one will know how Duke 2 doing because it is still not open & running yet.
