when RGB asked us (shareholder) to allow them to share buy back max 10%, the total share is 1,547,942,389 then, after -10% is 1,393,148,151.

today after couple share buy back, the total share is 1,548,245,697

this shows RGB is creating new shares faster than their share buy back.

its earning very dependent on facilitation fees (giving tuition to people how to run bus station), this is not consistent business but very profitable, so to say it posted better and better result is not accurate.
