Why would EPF be so interested in a company like KIAN JOO? Obviously there are more hidden value in this company. Unpaid dividends, prices languishing, sharks lurking, ...... These would make investors fed-up while the value of the company keeps rising.

I had commented that if OSKH (or OLH) had seriously wanted to take PJD all-in , they would had done so (only less than 1% remaining to take over to cross the 90% mark). For whatever reasons OSKH (or OLH) had, they did not take PJD all-in. Think carefully; who has the remaining 10.5% of PJD shares in his hand to prevent the take-over? Guess what will be the price of OSKH in September, 2016. More heartaches.

I believe that Can One will accept RM3.30 for obvious reasons. But with so much 'profits' at stake will Can One get what she wants. However, if Can One accepts the proposed offer straight away then Can One is not being fair to her shareholders.

Even if RHB gives 15 sen (or 20 sen) dividend per share, all OSKH shareholders can do is to watch and grin only. Any gains OSKH received from RHB (whether from sale of OSKIB or half-yearly dividends) are kept tight in OSKH coffers; no additional rewards (apart from the 2.5 sen dividend every half-yearly) were given to the shareholders. (Forget the 15 sen special dividend and free warrants: to make you vote for those multiple proposals.) Brace yourself; there is more frustration coming from OSKH's share price movement. Oh!!! RHB share price made an almost last minute jump to RM6.05. Sustainable??? Come Monday, we'll see.

Aspire (EPF plus another) is cunning. The offer is made to Kian Joo directly after the Sees were removed. Why to Kian Joo? And why Kian Joo accepted? Offer directly to shareholders, I would dare them. Now what happened; two years wait, no dividends and wait till end of March, 2016, hopefully.
