calculated intrinsic value for Lctitan are 6.67 and 7.61 using 2 different methods. lets forget about this so called intrinsic value and set TP at 5...thats like almost 100% upside.

this is a good long term company...im looking at LINE indonesia project that will be done after a few years that will add value to this company soon.

With these kind of earnings and even better projected earnings...current price is so cheap for Supermax..given approx eps for a year this would mean its trading at around 15 PE for now..with demand > supply situation and trading at forward PE 15 is a no brainer good buy folks..

Hey BCS..good opinion on comfort..Supermax and Harta are really good companies and I can see Supermax will pass rm10 and Harta will hover around 15 with the current situation atleast for another Q..and personally, for Comfort, I am looking at rm4 as a reasonable TP and not rm5..but like you said, lets see next Q to see how it goes..i have holdings in supermax too but was too late to hop on the boat for harta..cheers!

Well said BCS..thats what i have been trying to inform all the retailers here..those that have bought and cant top up anymore can come back to see their stock 2-3 months down the road to avoid reckless actions.
