It will be interesting to see what is their target price, as their disposal could be substantial to impact the trading price. But for now, it seem like they are going to hold for a while longer before disposing, coz another announcement of their acquisition yesterday.

T. Rowe didn't announce their trade of the 263 mil until they reached the 5% threshold as per Bursa's guidelines. Because, only 5% and above are considered substantial and require immediate announcement. Therefore, they could have been buying and probably selling below that threshold for a while, prior to holding that amount of shares.
