it is accumulated loss under balance sheet's equity part, a company can only declare dividend when it has retained earning.

With accumulate loss of 300mil, IRIS cannot declare dividend, maybe capital reduction or enter green energy industry

I like how investor sentiment change from "limit down" or "run now" to "special dividend" or "the price is too cheap now" lol

The recorded high profit due to huge increase in fair value of property. It will be good sign as rental should be increased as well.

UEMS has disposed several piece of land after releasing Q3 result, next quarter the profit earned should be double or triple, may even declare dividend
