May be some hidden good news is ready for 2nd Round ? Anyway I don't think this big big brother will let their good reputation to be spoilt.....

as SKLIEW said : 所有投行都注意这只股。钢铁股中股杰。股价应该不容易被操纵吧 , so we should think about why big big brother is taking their notice on this stock and even issue CW-C (Rhb Bank) , CW-D (Kenanga) , p/s : kenanga upgrade the TP to RM 4.30 now.

3.86 - 1.30 (PA x- price) = 2.56 ,
2.56 - 1.90 (PA closing $) = 0.66 (~35 % Gain)

3.86 - 3.30 = 0.56 profit ( in perfect case ... ) ~ 17% gain

I strongly believe that with the increase of profit and market cap. , sooner or later will be the index linked counter of Mid 70 index. In facts , Ann Joo was one of the top 100 index linked counter before...

（吉隆坡16日讯）宏洋控股（BENALEC，5190，主板建筑股）有意把丹绒比艾（Tanjung Piai）的部分填海土地，打造成石油化工储存场。

根据《星报》报道，宏洋控股业务发展经理麦布莱恩（译音）指出，公司目前正针对有关计划，积极与潜在客户展开洽商。

“我们有意通过脱售部分填海土地，换取潜在客户储存设施或货运码头股权，由此，公司就可获得新营业额来源，并多元化业务。”

此外，宏洋控股的边佳兰填海项目，获大马环境局批准详细环境影响评估报告（DEIA）后，预料会在今年下半年展开填海工程。

麦布莱恩指出，这是因为在有关工程展开前，公司必须在当地展开许多前置作业，因此，工程将在第3季或第4季才会展开。

“边佳兰填海项目将在2019年竣工，届时，相信油价已从低点回扬，加上该项目临近国家石油的炼油与石油化工综合发展（RAPID）计划，预期这将有利公司发展。”
