The facts clearly state that buyers of airline tickets are Customers due to paying 6% Service Tax.
Creditors do not pay Service Taxes. Creditors receive Service Taxes on behalf of Kastam.

Once the money changes hands, airlines show you the backside hole
and now claims that the paid money is actually an "interest free loan to the airlines", therefore those who paid are now Creditors. 🤣

Foreign investors have dumped more than $25 billion worth of Chinese shares this year, the Financial Times said.
That means 77% of the money they previously invested in China's stock market is now gone.
Meanwhile, other regional markets have gained, further diminishing China's competitiveness.

You still dun understand?
Depositors pay 10 as a Trust investment.
This 10 is used as initial S&P deposit to buy Real estate aka condo worth 100
balance 90 is borrowed...

so when condo fails,
100 is completely lost
and 90 is owing to banks.
and 10 is unable to pay back to Trust investors

its RMB420 Billion/10===> Gearing 10 X

Most of these Trust companies booked hundreds to thousands of blocks of condominiums thinking 50% to 100% profits on flipping over.
These blocks now being 80% to 100% completed are worth zero now due to
1) could be hundreds of years before the balance could be completed.
2) 100% completed ones are inside ghost towns nobody wants to buy. Valuation = RMB0.00

the 2 weeks time difference is meant for the cosec to issue the share after you buy it on 27/11, if you want to convert.

example
if buy 13/12 and expired 13/12 it cannot be converted to shares.
Very unfair to buyer.

since they is an "önly" issue, it means dy/dx = 1

Running dog is a pejorative term for an unprincipled person who helps or flatters those who are more powerful and often evil. It is a literal translation of the Chinese pejorative 走狗 (pinyin: zǒugǒu), meaning a yes-man or lackey, and is derived from the tendency of dogs to follow after humans in hopes of receiving food scraps. Historian Yuan-tsung Chen notes that "In the West, a dog is a man's best friend; but in China, dogs are abject creatures. In Chinese, no idiomatic expression [is] more demeaning than the term 'running dogs.'"[1]

The term "imperialist running dog" (帝国主义走狗; dìguó zhǔyì de zǒugǒu) was used by Mao Zedong to refer to allies of counterrevolutionary imperialist forces.[2] Historian Chang-tai Hung suggests the term was used to invoke negative mental imagery; "The image of ... a running dog parallels that of the United States as a wolf. Both bestial representations provide convenient and familiar symbols that political artists can target, but they also validate the use of violence since the annihilation of beasts is justified. ... [The representations of enemies as beasts such as running dogs or rats] call to mind repulsive creatures that inflict damage on the nation."[3]

In 1950, an article in The China Weekly Review gave the definition "A running-dog is a lackey, one who aids and accompanies in the hope of being treated kindly and perhaps being allowed to share in the spoils."[4]

In 1953, a Saturday Evening Post article offered a definition for tso kou ("running dog") and kou t'ui tee ("dog's hips"), saying "A 'running dog' was a person who follows obediently after the person whose dog he is, a fellow traveler; a 'dog's hips' was simply an enthusiastic running dog, who exercises his hips while running errands for his master."[5]

Historian James Reeve Pusey captures some of the power of the idiom when telling of Lu Xun's reaction to seeing people in power mistreat others with the idiom "the weak are the meat of the strong".[6] Lu's anger spilt over to the point of having a reaction even against those calling for resistance without vengeance "For the loudest of such people, he thought, were running dogs of the people-eaters, fed at least on scraps of human flesh."[6]

The phrase running dog has been in use since the Qing Dynasty, and was often used in the 20th century by communists to refer to client states of the United States and other capitalist powers. Its first recorded use in English was in Edgar Snow's 1937 reportage Red Star Over China:

in the growth rate valuation model by Professor Damodaran et al
NTA [eg INSAS] or NAV [eg iCap] is 100% ignored, not included inside Valuation Model.

value of Nexus is determined solely by growth rate
and no other metrics are included in the formula

You can scream and shout about NTA and NAV but the growth formula does not include said parameters.

Berjaya is even worse.
I always rank companies by their F&B outlets if they have any.

for Berjaya Wendy,
you go order, gives order at cashier counter....
the cashier screams at you... Apa?
you repeat order, cashier screams louder Apa? Apa?
you repeat order, cashier screams like Airbus even louder Apa? Apa? Apa?

suddenly you realise whole restaurant is empty.
I just left the KLCC Wendy outlet and never went back.
Took 1 year for Wendy KLCC to shut down.
Shortly thereafter, entire Wendy ops in Malaysia shutdown.
A entire city of customers for Wendy in KLCC but unfortunately, staff refused to take any orders.

At least in Dome, staff pretended to take your orders which never came but wanted money for missing food. 🤣

few years ago before covid I made a huge critical mistake.

At Ikano, I saw Dome quite empty 30%,
next door Starbucks fully packed long queue
also next door Ikea coffee fully packed long queue.

so I went inside Dome.
Shortly thereafter I came out of Dome
and cursed Dome management and INSAS and thongjai for 7 generations.

since I have no wish to curse thongjai for 7 generations,
I had never ever went inside any Dome cafe since that day.

=> General public is very smart. Thats why Dome cafe was empty.

In fact after this lesson, I always get scolded by my other half if I insisted on entering any empty F&B outlet.
Logic is, it cannot be good, dun waste time.

this type of companies like INSAS are very problematic.

Most Dome outlets only 30% full when next door more expensive Coffee Bean / Starbucks is fully packed with long queue.
People prefer to queue and wait and pay more expensive rather than go inside cheaper Dome.
Looks like general public had blacklisted most Dome outlets.
There must be a clear and present reason why there is a disparity in business attraction.
