actually I always TRY VERY VERY HARD to buy something from SenHeng just to help them
but the store sales staff always refuse to sell to me
I was willing to pay even though SenHeng more expensive than Best


so NO CHOICE I always ended up buying from Best
and usually Best is cheaper than SenHeng by few hundred RM

happened many times I entered an SenQ outlet.

no sales people approached me.
I was waving and jumping up and down to get assistance to buy expensive appliances.
2 or 3 sales staff will see me and they abruptly turn left or right to walk away even though they saw me.

Finally 1 guy comes after like 20 minutes and he tells me no stock.
Must wait more than 2 weeks after deposit to place order with manufacturer.

so go to Best outlets
no need to wait,
sales staff will approach
and tell me that will take 2 days to arrange delivery from warehouse
or send direct from manufacturer to my house
which makes sense...........


=> so this type of Sen Queer company how to make money?

btw every time I buy expensive appliances, which is quite often,
I always start with SenQ again to give them another chance to make money....and history repeats itself .... again.....

I dun see how heaping loads of "Gone Earnings" given to perps onto EPS retained earned earnings calculations meant for ordinary shareholders can reflect a "better picture" rather than a Snake Oil picture.

telling them how much profits their investment made before issuing dividends.

Once you add a perpetrator like perps into the equation,
the inflated "extra" earnings were NOT banked into the company at all

EPS with perps => X + Y sen where Y had "gone out" of the company

Earnings per share was originally ONLY meant for Ordinary Shareholders had been grossly distorted by this Snake Oil Scheme.

I always find it weird that Directors/major shareholders refused to allow perpetual bond holders to have voting rights that clearly defines a shareholder as a shareholder.
However when it comes to Earnings or payments to "not shareholder" perpetual bondholders, these payments are considered as earnings of "not shareholder, now shareholder" so that the earnings per share is computed as higher.
