How come no more newspaper report on Muhibbah? No announcement from PMO yesterday at 3pm? Professor friend, uncle, father never attend the meeting or PM cancel the meeting?

Previous year they had gain on disposal of subsidiaries and that's why the big drop in earning...otherwise still stable if exclude the one off gain.

Look at the number of post that promoter try to promote muhibbah...all is the same one person who got stuck in Muhibbah and trying to get rid of it. Beside promoting in muhibbah forum, they promote in other stock forum as well.

Lol....stockaim blogs and stocktarget same meaning...aim/target same meaning. Then the Jpmorgan blog mentioned abt the report in Taiwan newspaper...why headlines in Taiwan newspaper? A lot of Taiwanese in Muhibbah?????.....lol.

If check further you find that all these new blogs had only ONE article i.e on Muhibbah only.

Anyway whoever you are...you did a bad job in trying to fool the people. Your english failed you....lol!

Just extra caution...the article on Muhibbah by Malaysian Insider is a hoax for the following reasons:

1. Bad englishi!
2. Do a google search on it and u cant find it.
3. Talk abt Iskandar and then project in Manjung Perak.
4. Title 5bil and article said 8bil...5bil spell with an 's' and 8bil spell without the 's'. Then 5bil/8bil of Ringgit or US$ or S$ or 5bil/8bil of s.h.i.t...lol
5. Petronas already delayed the Rapid project and now want to invest and RM8bil project????...something not right here.

Second wave of uptrend still intact unless rm1.40 is broken. Quarterly results should be around the corner and people may continue to collect.

Some may see not attractive as of now. But with 4600 acres of land in Pengerang it will provide some incentive in the futures. Some of the land is sea fronting. 2800 acres had been compulsory acquired for Petronas rapid projects. Current acquired cost is around rm2.80 psf. The last valuation of the 4600 acres of land in 2011 is RM79mil. Their cost is below this. Assuming the current valuation of the land is RM2.80psf...what will be the 4600 acres of land worth now...do the maths.
Beside this land, they have 80acres in Penang, 323 acres in Gombak and other states as well. Overall total is around 5500 acres. JUst buy and keep in the closet...it will surely be very attractive in the future.
