Ytlpower is an ATM for YTL. Only one subsidiary i.e YTL communication ATM is not working well as this ATM eating the money instead of generating money. TAGB low value because of one of their divisions dragging the whole company. Their investment holding division is making losses but the rest of it like property, financial, hotel are all making money. Had this investment holding divisions making money, TAGB should fly.

Sendai continue to make money. They're moving into O&G too...likely some contracts from the O&G segment in Q3/Q4.

Option 1....standby RM20k to buy mphb cap. Mphb cap go higher than rm1.00 sell at profit and then wait for capital repayment of RM19.6k.
Option 2....wait for the listing of rights and sell the right. Wait for capital repayment of RM19.6K. Keep the mother for dividend. No capital outlay on this.
Option 3....sell now and get nothing except some gain if you buy mphb at cheaper price.

This is an ace SPAC. 90% of IPO will be returned to you if you dont agree to their buyout of a company i.e you will get back 67.5 sen (90% x 75sen). You just need to go to EGM and vote not agree and cash of 67.5 sen return to you. So what risk is there? Unless they dont return the money to you but then the money is in the trust and not in the company...so it will return to you. See the prospectus for more detail.
