Useless management that hired thugs. That's why they can never make money

You are saying that because revealing the truth about this sucker company is sabatoging your plan to goring the share. Anyway you need to get treatment in a metal asylum soonest possible. You are simply delusional. At least now you realize that a listed developer that makes the least profit (2 mil) in Penang is not a very easy sell after all

Mother of all suckers, I shall say whatever I like. You shut up your farking mouth and leave if you don't like it. Please admit that your ass has taken on too much Ivory toilet paper and you are now overwhelmed and cannot wait to push some to other people. However, you end up accumulating more instead. Serial conman your game is almost over. Ivory has no credibility among fund managers anymore. Ive checked Bloomberg terminal and no institutions are holding your toilet paper. EPF has exited. Lets see how long these clowns can cover up their SPV debts in their failed Penang Times Square mall. Last quarter profit of 2 mil is the lowest by far among Penang based developer.

So something brewing is called an explanation? You are sicker than an institionalized patient in a mental asylum. Anywhere I hope they can talk some sense into you. Ive explained with facts and figures and you have offered none. Your only circle is a bunch of mentally ill patients who tells anyone to ignore facts and figures. Why will Ivory reach Rm1? something brewing , news coming etc. Make sure you are not the news one day when the share price plummets. People who speak broken English and talk so cheaply like you can never get into that circle. Try telling them that Ivory is cheap because share is 65 sen and Hunza is expensive because its RM2. Lets see whether you are nominated for the joker of the year award. Your dick is too big for you own good.
Ivory is still up only one cent despite large volume. People are selling your toilet paper. You are not capable of offering any factual information on why this company is a buy.

Again if you expect people here to ignore facts and believe your garbage crap statements, go to a mental institution for some shock theraphy. The world here revolves around facts and you are the only dimwit that cannot accept it. What do you know cocksucker? The only that you know is give a arbitrary price target RM 1 , RM2 for Ivory. Reason: Something brewing (all the time). You seriously belong to a mental asylum

Why do you care about people criticizing Ivory? Are you paid to goring the shares? It is not your father's company. I supposed you are an amuetuer criminal syndicate. Since when a clown like you have the right to ask me not to bitch about anything? Dream on little moron. Facts are facts. If you dont like it, go to a mental institution. You dont have to talk about facts there . people may even see you as god.
The fact is you condemned my assertion that a P/E of 75 is high. No one rational will do it, therefore you implicitly think that way. The fact is
(1) Ivory is a company that makes no cash profit last year. (90% of the profit came from revalation)
(2) The company has never paid a dividend
2013-07-05 10:05 | Report Abuse
You dont belong to the market either. People that regularly buy stocks of p/e of 75 will always lose money in the long run. Get out before it is too late and dont drag innocent souls down with you hardcore criminal syndicate conman. You are the sucker that cannot accept the truth that I revealed and think you are so godlike until people should ignore facts and figures. This is a rational forum and people only see you as a moron and nothing else. Get out now.

If people believe your cock talk , ivory wouldn't be languishing 20 pc below peak now , more than other prop counters people who say that a 50 cents counter is cheaper than a rm 1 is an illiterate at cf level . You still don't know market cap = share cap x price . no one will believe what an illiterate said . Ivory is not cheap even at 60 cents as market cap of almost 300 mil gives it a p/e of 30 based on last quarter profit . Go and spend more time with that illiterate slut of yours .

Really? Why did you choose this counter over other property counters such as Matrix,( Hunza , Asas and Tambun) penang based. These companies have much more solid fundamentals. I don't care who else is buying? They are not going to incur your loss.

It is one of the most if not the most pathetic property stocks out there. Never paid a dividend. No consistent track record. Profit a mere 2 million a quarter in a hot property market.90% of the profit last year came from revaluation(usually excluded by anaylsts) Don't be fooled into the much hyped penang world city. No one even knows who is in charge of that project. It may be Dijaya. Management has been dishonest to analysts for quite some time now. Sales figures do not conform to revenue and profitability. This is a share that is predominantly held by retailers only. These shares usually have more downside than upside.

Another crawler like clown here. If you are not capable of sound and constructive argument in favour of Ivory here , refrain from doing so. Crawler had been saying news coming for more than a month now and the share has only gone south with no fresh developments. These are cheap unsubstansiated rumours designed to con people into buying the stock. It is appalling.

NickLai, Please stop and ponder and look at the chart for a while and compare Ivory to its peers. I don't know how much you know about Corporate Finance but I am sure you can see that Ivory's price keep hitting fresh new lows this week. 0.625 is a 5 week low and more than 20% off its peak. The price has not held up well at all. Other developer's share price has recovered from the lows in the last two weeks and are not that far(10-13%) off its peak. If the price breaches 0.60, it may very well go down all the way towards the 50 cents mark(the point where the rally started).

Haha. Of course gajah itu pandai cakap besar. He might as well say that he is a relative of Lim Goh Tong. What is brewing in Ivory? What is the catalyst that can propel the share to RM 1? That koala's RM1 is beginning to look very absurd. P/E will be more than 40 based on last quarter's profit. SP Setia pun tak ada P/E macam ini.

Crawler since when do you even know how to do your homework? You don't even know the most basic corporate finance. Ivory is cheaper because share price is Rm 0.63 vs Rm 1 of bla bla bla. Can you define market cap?The way you talk is so cheap until you can never penetrate the fund manager's circle. Analysts talk professionally and the language you use is worlds apart from them. "Venge your anger". This is so laughable. I know because I work in this circle. You only get to know insider information through two avenues. You work inside the industry or you are an owner or CEO of a listed company which gives you access to a special network. I am sure you are neither. If you are latter you wont even be here. You are just sucker wannabe

cherry tomato. You are right. boh tan kiu liao. It is more than 20% off its peak and its considered bearish from a technical perspective now. In other words, Ivory has seen better days just like Crawler

Matrix is a good buy at this price for exposure to the property sector. Ive been to their presentation before. Net cash and good dividend yield. Quite rare for a developer these days.Management has indicated their intention to pay a second dividend for the year.
Net debt Divident yield
Ivory 250 mil no dividend since IPO
Matrix Net cash >5% at this price
Ivory has not paid a single dividend since IPO. It has been more than 2 years now and management better has some good justification for that before their P&L becomes a concern. Please note that Ivory total debt is higher if you include debts from Speacial Purpose vehicle(SPV)

It's your call Sean but you wouldn't want be the last one in the stampede . I am not saying that it cannot go up but the risk reward ratio does not justify it . On a personal level,I also trade a lot of stock and volatility options. In fact, most of my trading now are in options as it is the best way to profit from a volatile market. Start taking profits in stocks now. This global rally is liquidity driven more than anything else and liquidity is starting to dry up. Buy gold and hedge with put options

I am not allowed to share that given the nature of my job and what I am doing. However, Ive been told that foreign funds are taking their money away from malaysia in droves, hence the limit down for counters such as Batu Kawan and HSPlant which I believe have sustansial foreign holdings. US is widning down QE and many foreign funds managers are deleveraging. The impact on Malaysia is going to be disastorous compared to other nations.
That's why I can never understand why people are still considering buying a highly leveaged company like Ivory that makes 2 million a quarter. Its not as if they have not been warned.
