Toyo will jv with a chinese company n applying loan from china bank just like JAKS,Toyo will take a small stack like 20-30% in the jv company.If takes 25% stack,total power to sell is 2x1060x0.25=530mw.This is very near to JAKS 480mw,so estimate PAT/year for Toyo will be around rm$260mil.Take pe of 10x,Toyo worth rm$2.6bil which is almost 10 time the market cap yesterday.This is my own estimation base on the article mr DK posted,not a buy call.Below is link of DK article
