@Piranha,his cost after split is less than 0.45 including free warrant.He can buy cheaper pp,no reason for him to buy from open market,did u see he buy any from 3 all the way to 1.80?He is holding 33% ,no hurry for him to buy more.

Fyi,Karim no need to buy from u,he bought 9.4mil shares around 1.8++ last year pp,bought from open market around 1mil,sold open market almost 3mil from last july after pp

20ma towards 50ma,if drop another 3 days until next Tuesday towards 1.65-1.7,20ma will break below 50ma,death cross.Normally a growing stock,20 will not below 50,so i expects next tuesday is the best day to buy around 1.65-1.7.Just my 2 cents,not buy call

@Navinshah,we cannot stop others from selling.If u think the stock worth above $1.50 after 3 Q of earning and NAT of $2.02,just keep.TY may offer again since MAA starts to make money after long time losing.His last SCR offer $1.10 rejected by minority shareholder.Even the lifting of PN 17 will boost the share price above $1.Just my 2 cents

@maxtrader,very sorry to hear about that,DO NOT invest in stock by entire saving,u should have cut lost when price drop 10% to save your capital.Secondly,dont all in the warrant,if the warrant could not rise back to $1 in 3 years time,your investment might be totally wiped out.I did warn do not buy mother at/above $3 for warrant.The worst is u still have to pay interest because u used the refinance money to invest,hopes price will go back up gradually .

Told few weeks back that both Kpower n Scib r dead money now,dont expect to rise like pre split,shares base enlarged 3 times plus over millions on warrant.Kpower closed 2 days below 50ma,any rebound is technical.Need to break above 2.30around 20ma for another uptrend.

As i said last week,boss might dispose all warrant before Q out next week,pump up mother,son follows then dispose son.Mother closed below 20sma for the 5th day(never below 20sma since Nov),price might drift to lower bollinger band around 2.1 n 50sma of 2.0++

Paragon is 99% similar to Euro,big gun wants to buy to inject business,market cap for Euro now is $3.2 bil,take 20% is around 600mil,Paragon may go to 600 mil cap which is around $8.Euro gave 2 to 1 bonus issue,i think Paragon will do also since the shares is only 70mil very inliquid.

I think boss will sapu from open market all the way above 70% shareholding because no one sell him 0.55.Another 10% or roughly 7mil shares to go,with higher % he could reap more benefits from Paragon if he insist to inject value asset
