Anyway Kpower is way better than Scib,shocked to see the latest Q of Scib receivable around $260mil,market cap $550mil,the receivable is almost 50% of company market cap !!

I think the earning will be in the 0.10 range after pp dilution,anything above this is a boost to share price.I like the company ventured into the hydro power sector,it demands better profits and valuation,SEA countries r power hungry now,hydro power is the cheapest option for them.If Kpower manage to secure hydro power project in Vietnam,the contract will be huge because Vietnam demands huge power after many manufacturer moved in.Risk of temporary selloff ,long term bullish if earning trend maintain

No offense,base on my estimation on 18 nov,revernue $180mil and PAT 6% is very close,i have gone thru the financial report Q to Q,last Q cash in hand $71m,this Q only $61m after proceed of issuance share of $66mil so they r actually negative cash flow.Seconly receivable last Q 136mil,this Q shoot up to 264mil gain of 128mil??Does it means all the profits Scib made in hutang?Maybe another PPcoming

samtuckfatt,i left the comment at Scib forum,i have given my opinion that Kpower's earning power is very strong,more than 15% Pat,thats why im very sure Kpower will over shoot Scib

For sure Kpower will go up more if u see the exercise price,if they use 30% premium as Scib(same IB UOB)Kpower will go near $8 and split became slightly $2,exercise price 30% premium is $2.50.

This proposal was out during the Egm on 17Nov,clearly stated the exercise price will be at 30% premium to the ex bonus share.One so called sifu yesterday said if warrant exercise below $1 will benefits everyone?If warrant exercise price is under $1,that means the mother will be less than $0.80 after ex,she clearly did not go thru all the announcement and just tembak.
