# connie - same as for dialog. The lodgement date is also the entitlement date.
# sim - I think it also answers your question.

# connie- just take the announcement from Hexza as an example. It would mean

1) if you buy the stock on 25th Nov, you will still be entitled to the dividends even though you may have yet to make payment
2) on 26th Nov which is the ex-date, purchases made on this day will not be entitled to the dividends. The price will be adjusted accordingly.
30 lodgement date of 28th November if I am not mistaken, is the day when your name must appear in the register (CDS account) for dividends entitlements which it should as you purchased the stocks 3 days ago.

You are right, at times our good intentions are misinterpreted by others, especially those who are sensitive and emotional. Some might just hit back. # on Pestech, as usual sold too early on Monday, today 10 sen up. So have to live it, same as when you have to cut loss. After selling, do not look back - just move on.

# sky - on EAH, I always believe do not chase after shares unless you have inside information ot that the chart readings are very convincing. It's true that at times if you buy high you sell higher but for small traders like us, it not worthwhile as the risk to reward ratio is high.
