I would go in this counter only below RM2.20 else for me, there is hell lot of better counter

sigh didnt manage to top up at 1.36 >.<

right after the share split of digi i bought 45 lot @ RM3.5, earning dividend of 2.5k+ each quarter. paper gain almost RM2 per share and still holding. consider less than 1k per month on RM160k.
so if 200k should be can get more than 1k per month ba...

buying in stocks/reits that pay good dividends quarterly when their shares price is low and enjoy capital repayment, dividends, income distribution every 3 months.

Depend u looking at dividend yield or longer term growth.
Sunreit, igbreit, pav reit have lower yield but longer term it do have lot of room to grow.
If u looking at higher div yield, hektar, amfirst reit, amanah raya reit etc.

Josh, if not mistaken igb reit pay income distribution twice a year not quarterly.

Next week kasset going to give 524:100 to their share holder. Meaning kasset going to shrink in market capital. Igb holding kasset will have kasset market capital shrink and receive more igb reit shares. Hmmm what implication to igb after kasset offer in specie of 524:100 ? Shall see next week

Ya seems like no dividend, if they is.. They will declare together with the financial report

i bought some @ 3.8 a year ago and received lots of sweet dividend :) would like to accumulate more.

drop should be due to epf and amanah selling,
be confident, they have good management, dividend every quarterly. apart from capital growth they have yield of 5-6% and acquiring more properly.
the owner's family member acquiring lot of the share around 9AUG-14AUG at RM1.47-1.50
